Instead of coming into your office for an appointment, can you come to my home?
Yes. We offer mobile, off-site appointments at clients’ homes all the time. As long as your location is within a reasonable distance from our service area and you are willing to pay a trip charge (if applicable) to cover our staff member’s travel expenses, we can come to you for the appointment.

Can you perform a DNA test on parties located in 2 different cities/states?
Yes. We can arrange appointments for test parties in different areas. Please note that an additional fee may be required.

How far in advance can I book an appointment?
We can typically offer our clients appointments as early as the next business day. In some cases, during the weekday, we can offer same day testing.

How is the DNA sample collected?
The DNA sample is usually collected using a buccal (cheek) swab. This involves gently rubbing a cotton swab inside the cheek to gather cells, which is a painless and non-invasive process.

How long does it take to get the results?
The turnaround time for results can vary, but most laboratories provide results within 3-5 business days after receiving the samples. Some services offer expedited processing for an additional fee.

How accurate are the test results?
DNA paternity tests are extremely accurate. The results typically show a probability of paternity greater than 99.9% if the tested man is the biological father and 0% if he is not.

Do I need the mother's DNA for the test?
While the mother's DNA is not required for a paternity test, including it can increase the accuracy of the results. The test can still be performed accurately with only the child's and alleged father's DNA.

What happens if I suffer a miscarriage while awaiting test results?
We know difficult situations like this arise. Whatever happens, we will continue with the testing process to the extent that we can. If it is no longer feasible to continue with the test, we will contact you to discuss that best resolution.

If I have trouble with my pregnancy or change my mind about the test, can I get a refund?
All sales are final and all services and fees are nonrefundable, regardless of unforeseen issues related to the client or their pregnancy. From the moment we set your appointment, we begin incurring expenses related to your case. Moreover, these expenses must be paid by us regardless of circumstances surrounding the client or their pregnancy. Before you confirm your appointment, make absolutely sure you are prepared to make the financial commitment to the test.
