Thank you for choosing Bright Labs Diagnostics for your DNA/paternity testing needs. We are committed to providing you with accurate and reliable testing services. Please review our refund policy below.

  1. Non-Refundable Services: All DNA and paternity testing services provided by Bright Labs Diagnostics are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and the payment is processed, the service is considered final.

  2. Exceptions: Refunds may be issued only in the following exceptional circumstances:

    • The testing kit was damaged or defective upon receipt.

    • The test results were inconclusive due to an error on our part.

  3. Return and Replacement: If you receive a damaged or defective testing kit, please contact our main email or call within 7 days of receiving the kit. We will provide instructions for returning the kit and issue a replacement at no additional cost.
